About Jane Hilburt-Davis, Founding Principal

Jane Hilburt-Davis, ACFBA, is an experienced family business consultant and president of Key Resources, LLC, a Boston-based consulting firm. She is an FFI Fellow; president emeritus of FFI and former Academic Director of the FFI GEN program. Jane also serves on the Board of the Institute for Family Owned Businesses in Maine. Considered a leader in the field, she received in London the prestigious Richard Beckard Practice Award designed to recognize outstanding contributions to family business practice. Jane is the author of many articles and case studies, and has trained, mentored and coached hundreds of family business advisors.Visit here to read Jane's articles. She serves as consultant and advisor to family businesses, and closely held companies, throughout the United States, and has lectured and taught in the family business field in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
